Shondale Wolfork

Senior Purchasing Manager, Brand & Business Services Purchases - Global IT

Shondale has 17 years of experience with P&G. Seven of his seventeen years were spent working within the Product Supply Logistics and Global Planning organizations. The last ten years have been spent strategically sourcing multiple direct and indirect materials. He currently has global sourcing responsibilities for P&G's IT Digital Presence (consumer facing websites, mobile apps, mobile messaging, Digital/Brand Asset Management and e-commerce) space. In addition, he has recently assumed sourcing responsibilities in the areas of Business Intelligence – Point of Sale and One Consumer Place. He has been a member of P&G's Supplier Diversity Team since 2012, initially as the GBS IT SPOC. Effective July 2015, he assumed the role of Supplier Diversity Manager for the entire Brand & Business Services Spend Pool. Shondale is focusing on driving Supplier Diversity growth within the BBS Spend Pool and helping to deliver the overall strategy for company.


Carla F Cobb

Senior Purchasing Manager, ESS-HHC Liquid Filling & Manipulation

Carla has been with P&G for 28 years and the last 18 years in Purchases. She has sourced materials in the Packaging Organization Fabric and Home Care & Beauty Care starting with pressure sensitive labels, injection molded and thermoforming parts across several business units. In her current role, she sources contract manufacturing services within External Supply Solutions - Household Care for brands such as Downy Unstopables and Cascade Complete Gel. She is currently responsible for tracking supplier diversity spend in her area and champions each buyer to not only help with increasing both 1st and 2nd tier spend, but also to create game-changing ideas to drive savings opportunities. Carla is very passionate about Supplier Diversity because she feels it’s the right thing to do both for the company and the community.


Lorena Martinez-Servin

Senior Purchases Manager, North America Packaging Purchases.

Lorena joined P&G in January 2011. She has spent most of her career strategically sourcing Brand Building Services for all brands at P&G. In June 2014 she transitioned to Packaging Purchases, sourcing Cartons and Corrugate containers. Lorena joined the P&G Supplier Diversity Team in July 2015 as the Packaging and Hygiene Diversity Strategy Owner. Recently, she expanded her supplier diversity responsibilities to External Supply Solutions. This will allow her to create more meaningful connections between Diverse and Majority owned Partners to deliver value to the business via Supplier Diversity.


Melissa Baker

Senior Purchases Manger, Chemicals & Ingredients Purchases

Melissa Baker has over a decade of experience in the Chemicals industry, with current responsibilities for P&G's global silicones and cyclodextrins purchases. She joined the P&G Supplier Diversity Team in 2015, representing the Chemicals & Ingredients spendpool. Melissa is working specifically with the NGLCC (National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce) to integrate GBLT businesses into P&G's supply base.


Kevin Queen

Global Packaging Purchases

Kevin grew up in Grand Blanc, MI and graduated with a BS in Engineering from the US Naval Academy. His wife (Amanda) and sons (Josh- 3yrs and Joe- 1 yrs) live in the Cincinnati Area. He has been employed by P&G since 2006 and currently works in the PacHy Spend Pool supporting Injection Molding Baby, Fem and Fam Care. In Feb 2015, he joined the Supplier Diversity team to support our Veteran Owned Small Businesses Component.


Sean Painter

Senior Purchasing Manager, Chemicals & Ingredients Purchases

Sean has five years of experience with P&G. Following an internship working with our North America Resin Team in Packaging Purchases, he has spent his career working in our Chemicals & Ingredients department, sourcing a broad range of materials including specialty chemicals and actives as well as pet feed ingredients. In his current role, Sean is responsible for leading the global solvent sourcing strategy for brands such as Tide, Crest and Downy Unstopables. Sean recently joined P&G’s Supplier Diversity Team in 2017 as the Chemicals & Ingredients Supplier Diversity strategy co-owner.


Eric Roeder

Senior Purchasing Manager: Pharmaceutical Ingredients, Global Sweeteners, & Chemical Distribution

Eric has 10 years of experience with P&G. Eight of those years were spent working within Global Production planning,  Product Supply Logistics, and Project Management. He currently has global sourcing responsibilities for P&G’s Pharmaceutical ingredients supporting key brands such as Vicks, Nyquil, Dayquil, and Metamucil. In addition, he is responsible for sourcing P&G’s global Sweeteners portfolio and leads the North America Chemicals distribution strategy. Effective June 2017, he joined P&G’s Supplier Diversity Team.


Evan

Evan Lindenschmidt

Senior Purchasing Manager, Operations Purchases, NA Labor and R&D Services

Evan has been with P&G for 6 years, the first 5 years were spent working in Supply Network Operations as an External Manufacturing Operations Site Leader, supporting 5 different BU’s and 13 contract manufacturers.  Since moving into his current role last year, Evan has been strategically sourcing a broad range of services for North America R&D and contingent labor.  Effective June 2017, he assumed the role of Supplier Diversity Manager for the Operations Spend Pool.  Evan is focusing on building upon the excellent work Chris McQueen has previously done in leveraging Corporate SD across the Operations organization and helping to deliver the overall strategy for the company.


Michele Isik

Michele Isik

Purchasing Associate, Capital Purchases – NA Construction & Engineering

Michele has 10 years of experience with P&G with the last 7 years in Chemicals Purchases.  She recently joined Capital Purchases as a North America Construction Buyer and the main contact for all corporate buildings and technical center constructions; including sourcing R&D labs, pilot plants, corporate offices and Market Development Organization (MDO) warehouses.  As a new member of the Supplier Diversity Team, her objective is to grow Supplier Diversity within Capital Purchases by expanding our network of diverse suppliers across North America.  Michele is originally from the Philippines and served 8 years in the U.S. Navy.
